The Japan widgets and Widget Builder will be available in mid August.

The five widgets include app and album discovery widgets, iTunes and App Store search widgets, and a playlist widget. They are built completely with HTML 5, use no Flash, and are compatible with most all browsers.

Use the Widget Builder tool to easily build and tweak these interactive widgets. Choose songs, pick apps, change background corner colors, and modify the size of your widget to precisely customize it to work with your existing web property. The Widget Builder dynamically creates an easy-to-implement iframe-based HTML snippet that you can quickly copy and paste into your existing HTML code. Because the widgets use an HTML iframe, there is no need to apply styles or tweak the HTML of the widgets for your page.
