Irish Brothers Connor and Murphy McManus (Sean Patrick Flanery, Norman Reedus) live and work in Boston. They believe that God's will is to rid the Earth from all human evil, and was given to them as a mission, so they set out to do their divine deed. The victims are the villains and mob bosses that the justice system has been powerless to stop. A public outcry is never heard, and even FBI agent Paul Smecker, who follows their trail of bloodshed, admits that the boys are doing what he secretly always has wished to happen. Now, Smecker finds himself torn between whether he should catch the killers, or join them.
