The best way to find a job that matches your skills and interests is to search using your resume. Just copy and paste the text to get a list of relevant jobs. You can also create a profile and submit your resume — we’ll keep it on file for future opportunities. And there’s one more option: You can sign up for Job Agents and be notified via email whenever there’s a relevant opening.
Remember, we’re always on the lookout for people to teach, train, and consult with customers, so many of our retail positions don’t require retail experience. First, select a position, like Concierge. Then you’ll get a list of stores where that position is open. If there’s nothing you like available, you can create a profile and submit your resume for future openings.
A few handy tips.
- Use your Apple ID.
Sign in with the same Apple ID you use for iTunes, Apple Online Store, MobileMe, or other Apple services. If you don’t have an Apple ID, you’ll have the opportunity to create one when you’re ready to submit a resume. - An accurate resume is key.
The resume stored in your profile is viewable by recruiters and hiring managers for each position to which you apply. Be sure it realistically represents your skills, knowledge, and experience. - What to expect.
You’ll receive an automated confirmation each time your resume is successfully submitted for an open position. If a recruiter or hiring manager wants to discuss next steps, they’ll get in touch using the contact information from your profile or resume. - You don’t necessarily have to be an Apple expert.
