Never has so much supercomputing firepower been engineered into such a small space.
The remarkable Power Mac G4 Cube, measuring less than eight inches per side, delivers
more computing power than PCs four times its size. Yet while its packed with
advanced technology, theres still room for more inside. Where does it all go? Get your hands on a Power Mac G4 Cube and see for yourself. All you have to do is turn the G4 Cube upside down on a soft cloth and press down on the handle. The handle rises gently into its extended position. Grab it and gently lift the core from the shell. To reinstall the core, push it all the way back into the shell and press the handle down. An automatic latching mechanism locks the core into place, and thats it the G4 Cube is ready to rumble. |
Core technology The Power Mac G4 Cube has two 400Mbps FireWire ports and two USB ports, and holds up to 1.5 gigabytes of PC100 SDRAM. You can connect your built-in 56k V.90 modem to your home phone line, plug in a cable or DSL modem, use the built-in Ethernet port to plug in to an office or school network, or snap in an Airport Card for wireless networking. Heres where it all comes together tucked away out of sight. ![]() |
