Apple - Switch - Guide to Switching

You’ll want to transfer your address book from your PC to your Mac. All of your email contact information will transfer from your PC to your Mac because contact information like names, email addresses, telephone numbers and postal addresses can be exchanged using the industry-standard file format known as vCard. The following steps will help you export your contact addresses to the Switch CD.

	Start Outlook Express.
	Open the Address Book by choosing the Address Book command from the Tools menu.
	Select all your contacts by choosing Select All from the Edit menu.
	Transfer the contacts by clicking on one of the selected items and, while holding the mouse button, drag the selection to the “Addresses” folder of the Switch CD.
