Music folder
MusicWait until you hear your favorite tunes playing through the awesome sound system of your new Mac. Every Mac includes iTunes, the easiest and most enjoyable application to rip, mix and burn your music. If you have your music collection stored on your PC in MP3 format, the most popular digital music format on the planet, it’s easy to move it over to the Mac.

You should find all of your music files in the “My Music” folder in the “My Documents” folder on your C: drive. We will explain how to find all of the MP3 music files on your hard drive and copy them to the Music folder of the Switch CD that you are preparing.

Off the PC
Open the “My Documents” folder on the desktop and find the “My Music” folder.
Click on the “My Music” folder and copy this folder using the Copy command in the Edit menu.
Click on the “Music” folder of the Switch CD and transfer the folder of music files using the Paste command in the Edit menu. You could also drag the original folder to the Switch window.
Repeat the previous two steps for additional folders that contain music you would like to transfer.
Look for any music you might have stored on your desktop. Copy those folders to the “Music” folder of the Switch CD as well.
