If you own a Palm or Palm-compatible handheld device, migrating your Palm information to your Mac is as simple as doing a final sync on your PC (to make sure any recent changes make it to your Palm) and then to HotSync on your Mac.

HotSync with the PC the way that you always have. This will make sure that your Palm has the latest information stored on your PC.
