iTunes Content Dispute

If you believe that a song, album, music video, podcast, movie, or television show that is available in the iTunes Store, or a podcast found in the iTunes podcast directory, is in violation of your intellectual property rights, you can use this form to submit a claim to the iTunes Store Legal Team. If you are looking for the form to submit a claim for an app available on the App Store, please visit here.

Songs, albums, music videos, movies and television shows available on the iTunes Store are provided to iTunes by third party content providers. Once you have submitted your dispute using this form, we will contact the provider of the disputed content regarding your claim. In most cases, we will ask that the provider work with you directly to resolve the issue.

For podcasts, iTunes simply provides a directory of user-submitted podcasts that are available for download from third parties’ servers. Please make sure that your submitted dispute complies with the notice requirements of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), which this form is designed to facilitate.
