      Genius

Many have tried to make a foldable version of that horrible UK plug, but this is the first time a company actually nailed it. Now I can keep a power adapter in my pocket without any problems.

      Cool. Just cool.

I saw this online only a week ago and thought then how great it would be if it was a real accessory, only to open my new Apple Watch box and find it there. I I saw this online only a week ago and thought then how great it would be if it was a real accessory, only to open my new Apple Watch box and find it there. It's great. £25 is a little expensive, premium product or not. Still, that's Apple.

      Expensive .... but worth it!

It is deeper than the slimline fixed pin version so that should appease the critics who found the fixed pin too thin to grasp. It is also not as wide as a regular plug so should fit easily between other plugs in multi-socket outlets. The mechanism feels to be of excellent quality, it's easy to open, and easy to close. When closed, it slips nicely into the side pocket of my work bag, unlike the previous design. Other than that, there's not a great deal to say; it's a plug, and it charges my iPhone as it's supposed to. It's on the expensive side .... but, in my opinion, worth it!

      Expensive but good

Costly, but beautifully done. The way the pins flip out is a joy. As someone else wrote, it's a shame this couldn't be beefed up to supply 2A for a tablet. A Costly, but beautifully done. And come to that, would it not be a nice idea to incorporate a couple of USB sockets into Apple's notebook chargers? (I know there's the PlugBug, but that seems very bulky for what it is). For anyone who fancies a standard folding UK plug, I've used a Slimplug for several years and found it reliable. Not as elegant as the Apple solution, though.

Not much use for an iPad or later iPhone

Needs to be 12W, not 5W ! If Mu can create a compact 12W folding plug, why can't Apple? Sometimes, Apple misses the mark completely.

Brilliant design - now how about adapting for your other Power Adaptors

About time - a slim plug that doesn't have pins that stick outside of your slim bags and doesn't cause you pain when you accidentally stand on it. Effortless About time - a slim plug that doesn't have pins that stick outside of your slim bags and doesn't cause you pain when you accidentally stand on it. Effortless to use, even one handedly - the pins just pop up with a slight bit of pressure. I bought mine from here but was surprised to find that they are still bundling the old power plug with the new iPhone 6S
