I forgot my password.
Please use Apple's password recovery tool, iForgot, to recover your password. To protect your account information, Apple cannot recover your password for you. If you are unable to recover your password from Apple’s recovery tool, please email us using the form below and include your billing address.
How can I change my password?
You can change your password in your Account Information screen. Click the link below. We'll launch iTunes and take you directly to the right screen to change your password.
What do I do if I think someone has my password?
Please change your password right away. Click on the "Account Information" link below and we'll take you to the right screen in iTunes to change your password. After you change your password, please email us using the form at the bottom of this page.
