    Not enough detail given... you will have to ask your question again.

    Snow Leopard is the sixth version of Mac OS X.

    Go to the Apple Menu and select "About This Mac". Under the Mac OS X title, you will see the version currently on your mac. (BTW: Snow Leopard is 10.6.)

    Also, Snow Leopard requires an Intel based Mac. Note the Processor info in "About This Mac".

    And also note the Memory (Snow Leopard requires a minimum of 1GB).

    If you have an Intel-based Mac, and at least 1GB of memory, you can install Snow Leopard.
