Can I read a NTFS file sistem hard drive in OS X Lion? I mean read, not write.

I have a PC. Swith to mac in august. I have a big collection of movies, photos and songs on my hard disk. HDD is in NTFS... Its about 200gb of info, and a USB 2.0 HDD, I cant format it into a FAT 32 and rewrite an info...

    Generally, the OS X Lion OS can read NTFS volumes (I believe) but, they don't show up in the finder. You may need to mount the volume using the Disk Utility, located in your Application\Utilities folder.
