    Best buds EVER!

These EarPods have amazing sound quality and fit like a dream!!! I've been looking for new earphones and had considered Beats by Dre, since that's what my husband has used. I'd have to say these are FAR better than the Beats earbuds. Better sound, better price, better fit. I'd even say the Beats earmuffs are only slightly better, just because of the noise canceling quality, but still the price difference is huge. Bang for your buck, you have to give it to Apple! Now if they only came in different colors ;-)

    WORST PRODUCT EVER

Worst product i have ever bought. Would not recommend to anyone they constantly fall out. Definately going to spend more next time. Runners DO NOT BUY a bit of sweat and they just fall out. Apple i am extremely disapointed in you an i wish i had waited a bit longer to see reviews.

    Great Sound...they just FALL OUT

    They're great...if you're sitting still...but if you move...they fall right out!

    AMAZING!!!

I originally had apples in ear headphones for 3 years and needed some new ones, so I invested in some ear pods. They are just as good, if not better than the £60 in ear headphones. Well worth the £25

    Awesome sound!

I would highly recommend these. The only thing I wish is that these would have come out before I spent $300 on Beats and $129 on Bose earbuds.

    These headphones are great!

WOW! I'm impressed! They sound really good, I had the bose mie2i and I could say that they sound similar to them. I really love them!

does not stay in ear which is annoying and results in loss of bass

The sound is much better but only when they stay in your ears. They should have made some type of rubber tips to seal in the ear. When the in ear monitors do not seal in the ear you do not have bass. That is why I gave it 3 stars.

    Best yet

I received these headphones with my iPhone 5 in the box and I can clearly say that these are about on par with $100+ dollar earphones. I am clearly impressed with the design and the sound quality. Being an audiophile I would clearly recommend these to anyone, especially at a price tag of $30.

    Absolutely awesome!

These came with the iPhone 5 and let me just say WOW! Bass, is just awesome. Beats any headset I've used. These are easily comparable to BEATS by Dr. Dre. They feel solid and durable. Buying a few extra pair for the family.

    Huge Improvement, Great Quality Sound!

The sound is deep, crisp and clear. The fit is great too! For £25 and a 1-year warranty you can't complain! Love the iPhone 5 feature that warns you about the volume level too!

    Poor design

This may just be my ear canal but apart from lack of isolation which means you have to have volume high, the sound wavers when you swallow as the ear canal contracts. This is because the sound is being directed rather than like the in-ear type where it actually goes right into the canal. I won't be using mine and will stick to in ear. The fit is also far from reassuring as they are shiny plastic and feel like they will fall out.

    Brace yourself Beats fans!

These are by far the BEST headphones/earbuds i have ever used. The sound is powerful and earth shattering, the bass is phenomenal! Plus the redesigned exterior is a huge upgrade from the awkward and uncomfortable round ones. This is a smart move on Apple's part, as customers no longer need to look to other brands that cannot live up to this magnificence!!!

    Brilliant Quality

I've always been a fan of Apple's headphones and EarPods exceed every expectation. They're comfortable, clear and offer extreme range to the point when watching a movie, it feels like I'm listening to a surround sound system. For £25, you cannot and will not find a better product.

    More than a Feeling

This is my first review on a product ever. Why these? Because after seeing so many GREAT reviews here and NOT SO GREAT reviews elsewhere, I thought I would weigh in.

    i) "they feel like they are going to fall out" - it is because unlike other ear bud headphones that have only a couple of points of contact on the ear - thereby focusing pressure - these ones seem to touch everywhere. The minimizes the pressure points on the ear (or eliminates them) so they 'feel' like they aren't in properly. If I pull 'down', they will not fall out. If I pull to the side, they of course fall out.

ii) "sound quality is muddy" - not sure I agree. I'm a musician and appreciate the nuances of music including harmonies, percussion instruments in the back of the mix, etc. and I have to say that I have heard things in songs that I didn't know where there. It is a bit 'bassy', but there are various EQ settings that mitigate this and can bring out the mid and higher frequencies. That said, I'm not an 'audiophile' and wouldn't use them for editing sound mixes.

iii) "sound isolating in-ear phones are better" - well perhaps, but personally I find that the seal tends to break often (requiring re-seating which is difficult when playing), it makes it very difficult to talk on the phone (b/c of the sound inside my head), and impossible to hear things around you (like children, cars, sirens, or the sound of my drums). I find these to have a good blend of 'covering up' outside sound and letting in enough to be safe and enjoyable.

Anyway, for $35 CDN I'm not sure there are better headphones out there. I personally won't pay $300 for a set of head phones (even $100 is more than I'm willing to shell out).

    Thank you

    30$ well spent.

I drove over an hr and entered a super crowded Apple store to get my hand on a pair of these and let me tell you for 30$ i couldn't be more happy. I am all out fan of rock music and the base come out in all the music i listen to beautifully. Some people say the treble is lacking and i agree some but after EQ its beautiful and 30$ is just so affordable. A very good buy.

    Amazing!

These earphones are perfect! They have such a deep, clear sound and they are so comfortable! They also look and feel much better than the older Apple earphones. Worth every cent!

A step in the right direction

    PRO:
The new Apple EarPods are absolutely better than their predecessor. It has been a long time coming for Apple to redesign their earphones and they have done a superb job. The fit is snug and does not feel that they will fall out. The range of sound (high, mid, low) is smooth and they even produce bass. The remote buttons are larger now, including the middle pause button, which makes volume control/song control a lot more manageable. Now, these are not to be compared to high end headphones or in ear phones. These are definitely a great pair for the $29.99 price, a nice upgrade if you still use the original Apple earphones.

    CON:
They are not noise cancelling. For many this may not be an issue but ambient outside noise does require a user to ensure the volume is cranked.

    Wow.. I'm Impressed

Most certainly the best set of headphones I've ever had. From the moment I put them in I couldn't get over the sound quality and for only $30 they are absolutely amazing!
