    GET ALL THE WAY REAL!!

Seriously these are the worst! Stop playing around and put some freaking padding on these things! Claps to the genius that finally realized ear holes are not round but COME ON! My ears ALWAYS hurt after wearing these for more than 5 minutes. People are just so far up Apples a++ that they say these are amazing when they really aren't. And my goodness can they come in another color or do we have to keep suffering with these "only white for two uses" ones?!

ear pods will not stay in my ears

I love the music and the sound that comes out of these ear pods but the reason I am writing this review is they will not stay in my ears. If i turn my heard they fall out, when I run they fall out (I run every day) even when I walk they fall out. If they would stay in my ears, they would be the best ear pods I have ever owned. I ended up buying a set of yur buds and they are great also (not as good of quality as apple) but the microphone broke after a month. Apple, come up with some type of ear phones that will stay in your ears.

    Painful

My EarPods lately have given me nothing but pain in my ears. I wear my headphones a lot and these have actually given me scabs in my ears. I love most Apple products, but I'm really hoping they reconsider these. The sound is amazing, when I can get them to stay in my ear without a sharp pain.

    Meh...nothing new.

    Sound: 3.5 stars
    Comfort: 1 star
    Cable: 4 stars
    Case: 2 stars
    Microphone: 3 stars
    Controls: 2 stars

Here's the deal: they sound (finally) up to par with other earbuds. Compared to apple's previous earbuds-the super uncomfortable, hard plastic white ones-yeah they sound and feel better. I think the lower mid range has been improved, yes. Ultimately though, these are still terribly uncomfortable to wear for more than 20 minutes. Why any Apple engineer would think that rigid plastic stuffed in your ear (regardless of its shape) would be comfortable, is beyond me.

    Love them!!!!!

Way better sound. Love love them. Only needs a little padding. After being active they slide out.

    Good sound quality, bad grip.

I personally give a 5 stars in quality sound, but I don't use this earphones as much as I want
I've been having difficult problems keeping them on my ears they are constantly falling off and I think
One of the reasons it's because there is no grip at the tip of it, I would like to see
A solution about this issue thank you for ear me out!!.

    disappointed.

I got these earphones and i absolutely hated them that i had to get a pair of the old ones of a friend. They were uncomfortable in my ears and they didn't actually fit nicely as i have kind of small ears, i tried just putting up with them but they gave me a blister on my ear because they didn't fit well. Please bring back the old earphones.

    Just Not Worth The Money

I bought these things back in mid-February. It's been two months and the right EarPod is dead.

Two. Months. At $15 a month, that's not even as good as some of the cheap third-party in-ear buds.

Don't waste your money; just go to your local big box store and get some cheap ones there and you'll already have saved money.

One of the Best headphones ever made!

I don't understand how people can drop $200+ on earbuds. I've tried them, Shure is ok, Bose is ok, but I honestly don't see the justification of such a high markup. I have a pair of awesome over ear Bowers & Wilkins P3, but that's a whole different level. The Apple EarPods sound great, look great, priced great, and are durable too. I use them daily when I'm out and about. I use the P3's at home, and occasionally take them out. I've traveled w/ the P3's in flight too- sometimes I have a hard time deciding which pair to bring w/ me. If I have a lot of stuff I just bring the buds, but the P3's also fold up nicely for travel. Would be cool if these EarPods came in different colors!

It's Comparable to my Bose In-Ear Headphones

I'm very satisfied and impressed when I hear this sound to my liking... I use bose headphones all my life, but when I tried this EarPods from Apple was really impressed on how my music is heard differently. And yes, one can compare this to Bose earphones. Rich Bass and Highs even at low volume the clarity and richness of sound is amazing for it's price. Good job Apple.

    Upset

Rubbish apple designed EarPods after sitting in my pocket all day and walking around, they are rubbish now. The right side doesn't even work. Apple please fix this or make better and cheaper or you can say goodbye to hundreds and maybe thousands that have suffered the same problem

    Awesome!

These are by far the best earphones I've ever had, they don't hurt your ears or fall out while running! Don't waste your money on cheaper ones (or more expensive ones) as I did just to throw them away.

    Size does not matter!

This little thing is the best thing my ear could eat music from. It is affordable for people who appreciate musics and does not want to throw away their money for some bulkier headphones.

    AMAZING

Great improvement! This is one of the best earphones you can get for $30 compared to the Bose which is over $100. I tried the Bose & these EarPods does exactly the same as the Bose earphones. This product is worth the price of $30, which fairly cheap for a pair of earphone.! Great quality of sound & the base sounds clearer compared to the first Apple earphones. I recommend this to anyone trying to buy earphones for $30,

    Brilliant

I've had these headphones for 16 months now, not a single sign of wear and still sound as good as they did when I first got them. Used daily for hours and I have no complaints the sound quality is very good and the remote and mic is very useful. I have another pair unused from my iphone and at this rate I can't see me using them!!

    Great sound awful comfort

These actually sound really nice and have a good bass but they are just too uncomfortable for me to recommend. My ears hurt after just 5 mins. Plus they leak really bad too

    Alright for the Price

These headphones don't sound nearly as great as the Audio Technica ath-m50 or other quality over-ear headphones. However, if you compare them to much more expensive ($100) in ear headphones, such as urbeats, they sound decent. Like beats headphones, the bass is somewhat distorted and flooded, and the treble is muffled. On the other hand, they aren't sealed, so the bass had to be exaggerated to be maintained. The mids do sound quite good so that is a plus. For the fit, they don't fall out of my average ears with casual use, but I wouldn't suggest them for exercise. Overall, a huge improvement over the last stock apple headphone.

    Done at six months

Six months or less the mic is screwing with your music. It pauses and plays on its own & keeps turning on Voice control when i dont want it to happen!

    Does not fit women's ears!

I couldn't stand the previous version of apple's earbuds, was excited when I got the new style with my iPhone 5s yesterday. I was impressed by the packaging of the earbuds, thinking how convient this would be to keep in my purse, and impressed at the sound quality. They are too big for my ears, no matter if I keep my face totally still and sitting on the couch they fall out, they fall out walking around the house, there is no way to get them to stay. I'll stick with my Yurbuds which have a similar shape but actually fit women's ears, and have adjustable sizers.
