    Awesome product

Best charging case I have ever had, cheaper than other brands and works with iPhone easily

    Surprisingly good.

Right, don't be put off by the bad hype. I made that mistake but after trying one for size in my local store and realising how much easier than the others it is, I took the plunge. Sure, it's a little subjective in design but it's simpler than any of the other cases to fit, doesn't require a 5 minute build and almost doubles my phone battery. I'm impressed, I'm sure you will be. Oh, and it makes the phone more substantial to grip and is considerably cheaper than the other in-store battery cases.....

    Wouldn't recommend.

I bought this case because my 6S battery life wasn't that great and i feel like i always had to plug it in. I bought this case thinking there would be an on/off switch to turn the battery off when you didn't need it but there wasn't. The case got very hot at times making it uncomfortable to hold. I loved the design besides the fact i had to slide the case off every time I wanted to plug my headphones. I just ended up returning the case mostly because after a week it was driving me crazy and I just wanted my money back after spending almost $140 after tax. Over all this case was pretty good besides the small problems. Just really wish they added an on/off switch and made the head phone jack a little more accessible.

Really like this product. Good quality

Looks and feels good and not too big. Only criticism is I don't feel the case battery lasts as long as claimed. You can see how charged both phone and case are on notification screen. Phone uses power from case and then it's own battery. I'd recommend this produce. Good quality you come to expect from Apple

    Brilliant

I've had my iPhone 6 for 18 months now, and after setting up my Apple Watch which requires a Bluetooth connection I was finding my battery wasn't lasting very long at all.

The Smart Battery Case is a great product - and feels of a high quality as you'd expect.

At £79 its a bit pricey - but as always with Apple, you get what you pay for.

On an average day I'm using my phone from around 6am - music, emails, web browsing, social media and now Apple Watch connection at various points during the day.

At 14:30 my phone battery is at 100% and the case battery still has 20% left.

    A great product.

    R

    Good but room for improvement

I bought the case today. It seems solidly built, has held a good charge despite heavy use, is easy to put on/take off. It could do with a little more battery capacity, comparing it to the numbers put out by other brands. But I like that it's a litte more integrated than the others - the on-screen battery percentage for one, the lightning port for another. I do wish the battery icon on the top of the screen was integrated - it's pointless to show me 100% all the time, but then I have to go to Notifications to see what the REAL numbers are. The covering is good and grippy, which is great except when I want to take it out of my pocket. I think with a software update, it could be a really solid product.

    So far so good

This would be 5 stars for me at $69.99-$79.99 price point.

    Pros:
    - Good Grip (won't slip from your hands)
    - Lightning pass through (no Micro USB like most cases to charge it)
    - Speaker moved to front of phone. I love this because it was one of the things I do not like about the iPhone. When the speaker is on bottom sometimes it's hard to hear since I am a little hard of hearing.
    Cons:
    - Price is a little high
    - The material collects lints, dirt and hair from your pocket leaving it impossible to keep nice looking if you put in your pocket.
    - Not able to use a lot of headphones due to not having an adapter (not a big deal to me).

Apple iPhone 6/6S Smart Battery Case

I found this product to be extremely useful. There were quite a number of negative comments regarding this product on YouTube while unboxing, but clearly they did not give it a try themselves. The silicone case adds a little weight & thickness to the handset, but I find that extremely advantageous as it provides a better grip to the handset than I get without it. What's more, I can now go through the whole day without charging it. As for the price, it's nothing compared to how much other companies charge for normal cases which provide less protection than the Smart Battery Case. This case provides all round protection. I highly recommend this product.

    Nice, but...

Like the material, like the case shape/form (contrary to all the negative reviews online), but the one issue I have is the headphone jack. I mean, really? Apple made it so their headphones fit, but some many other accessories do not fit. Why not make it a little wider or provide an adapter for the $100 you're charging us? I love Apple products, but this is typical and gets old...

    Battery life is good but...

I'm noticing severe problems with my iPhone since starting to use this. I feel like the case is trapping the heat and causing the phone to malfunction. It is freezing quite a bit. When I go out of service and come back into a service area, it takes a while so I am not sure if the case also impedes it interferes with the signal. I am wondering if I am the only one who is experiencing this?

Nothing more or less than a decent battery case.

This Smart Battery Case by Apple is at its heart, a battery case. Generally these products tend to be a bit bulky and unwieldily. Apple didn’t resolve this issue, but they didn’t make it any worse. It’s heavy (heavier than I expected) and makes the phone a bit harder to solidly grip, and it’s not very visually appealing, but this could be said about any battery case. If you are looking for a decent battery case that uses a lightning port like I was, then this will do that for you. If you're looking for a prime example of elegant Apple design, this isn't it, and you won't be finding that in any battery case anytime soon.

The major downside to this case, and any other battery case, is that this case won’t be compatible with most headphones, and Apple doesn’t include a headphone jack extender to alleviate this pain point like some of the other manufacturers.

I like the sturdiness of the compartment holding the battery. Some battery cases feel like they have a lot of give around the battery compartment which makes me a bit nervous as batteries can combust when punctured. The metal cage given to the battery on the Smart Case feels solid, but probably doesn’t do anything positive for the weight.

Being able to see the battery level of this case beside my phone, watch, and bluetooth headphone’s battery levels is really convenient, and is a nice addition to the case.

If you don’t like battery cases, then this Smart Battery Case by Apple won’t change your mind. If you’re used to the extra bulk that a battery case adds or want to try out a battery case, then this is a great option when compared to the market.

    Simple

I truly appreciate the features of this case. Antenna, fits my hand very well, iOS integration, the charcoal gray goes well with my space gray 6s, single cable charging, no audio interference, easy on easy off are some of favorite features.

What I don't like is the price, no disclosure on tech specs such as HOW the case functions and dimensions/weight, omission of 3.5mm dongle, and it seems that it could be a hair lighter.

There are many options for battery cases, but the Apple case won out due its simplicity and form factor. As to the aesthetics...you like it or you don't. I like it quite a bit. This would be a 5 star product if the price was a little lower or if there was a little more value in the form of an additional cable or 3.5mm dongle.

    Cool, but not quite...

Everyone has been slamming the design, but I actually liked the camel-hump primitive design. The display of battery levels on both the phone and the case are great. Biggest drawback, and the reason why I am returning it is because of the headphone jack. It is indented deep inside the case, and unless you're using a lame Apple headphone, you won't be able to use it. So I have no way of hooking up my Shure SE846 earphones. Mophie and everyone else has the same thing, but they actually give you an ADAPTER! So lame on Apple for no springing the extra nickel and giving you an adapter.
