Can not click into watch body!!

i love this colour, but when i got it and it can not click into watch body well. So, i retuned it to store next day! my watch is 42mm stainless steel body. Apple should check with supplier to fit all the watch body specifications!

    Attractive and functional with reservations

I am ordering my second of these bands in the Pearl. I had no trouble with the band fitting the watch, and this band looks much more professional than the sports band. Two caveats: I have a small wrist (though I know many women with smaller wrists), and the band fits only if I fasten it in the first hole, which means I have a long unused strap hanging past the clasp. Second, and the reason I am reordering, is that the band stains. Even though it's a hassle, I'm gong to need to use the sports band for working out and other outdoor activities and keep the nylon band for work.

    Very nice and comfort

I like this band a lot, I wear this the most compare to the Milanese loop, leather band, and sport band I have. It fit well with many clothing.
    Extremely comfortable, and high quality.
BUT I have to agreed with a lot of other comments
The lock don't lock well, occasionally can't lock, need to move left and right to fit in. And sometimes hard to take out too.
I think it's do with I'm using the Apple Watch instead of the sport version. Not sure if it's fit better with sport watch version.
Also I agreed with other comment said the watch quite often in lock mode. I guess I wear it too loose, or the material is more flexible, so when I was running, and the watch get in to lock mode.
But given all the problem above, I still like this.

More dressy than the sport bands without being too expensive

I have it with my silver Sports model and I think they look very nice together. The band is nicely made and soft to touch so it is very comfortable to wear. The metal bucket is solid and modern-looking with a finish that matches that of the aluminum watch face. One of the bands does take some effort to lock in to the Watch. I am not sure if this is a QC issue or due to the material used. Although it does not easily locked, if I move the band left and right a little, it does eventually lock. Try it in the store before taking it home to save you the trouble of returning it.

    Liking the new strap

I was a little nervous about buying this strap as some stated it didn't fit properly, but decided to pick it up anyway my first strap I've purchased since I bought the watch and I really like it had zero issues with the fit or locking into place I have a 42mm space gray model and the color goes well with it if you are looking for a alternative to the sports bands theses are about the cheapest option and they are comfortable.

    Great addition to band collection

I own several Apple Watch bands as well as a couple aftermarket bands. One aftermarket band was a higher end nylon band. The aftermarket band simply does not compare to the Apple Watch nylon bands. The Apple Watch Nylon band is very very comfortable and sleek. I especially love how the bands (I bought 2. Gold/red, scuba blue) seem to give off slight color variations when viewing from different angles. Overall a well made band that's great for some summer color for your watch

Looks great, but poorly made compared to other bands.

The band looks great but compared to the sport bands it's poorly made. One of the connectors is too thick so you really have to struggle to get it into the slot. The other side doesn't click into the locking mechanism. Worse is that when wearing it, the watch constantly gets locked even though it seems to have been in contact with my skin (and reading my pulse) the whole time. Sweating at all seems to make that even less reliable.
These look great, but the sport bands are far superior in quality.

    Locks every time

I had the same problem sliding the strap in it wouldn't lock. Then I discovered as you slide the strap in > push on the strap ^ at the same time you slide it in and it should lock into place. I haven't had a problem since, I hope this helps. I love the strap very comfortable and great colours.

    Nice watch band

This is the only Apple-branded band that I own other than the sport band that came with the watch. It seems to be very well made and is nicely tailored. I'm happy with it. I got the black version, and it's dressy enough for the office and casual enough for everyday evening wear. I switch to a brown leather band on weekends.

    Well made and fun

Great additional band. Looks amazing and feels good on the wrist. The band looks even better in person with all of the different colors. Great job Apple

    Buckle side won't lock

After only two days of wearing, the buckle end will not lock into the watch. I went to the Apple Store and tried two more of the nylon bands; same issue. The Apple sales rep could not get them to lock onto his watch,either.. I swapped it for a sport band.

    Pearl Band

This is one comfy band! I bought the pearl band (grey) and man it looks good with the silver Sport model! The band has a dull shine that matches the watch's; a perfect compliment to the hardware! (Hopefully it doesn't lose the luster over time...) For a base-price band, this one's a good choice!

    Decent band

When this band came out, I was beyond excited to buy it. Yes it does look cool but there some serious flaws in the design. If you're walking and trying to put your watch on, 9/10 times it will slip out of your hands and drop. I dropped my watch last night with it and my band is more damaged than my watch(Sapphire Crystal edition) It takes awhile to fasten. I will admit, it fits better than other band I've tried. I was expecting more from this band. But at your own risk. If you want a cool looking band, this is probably the best bang for your buck. That's all it is "cool looking". Very disappointed and feel like I wasted $49.

    Does actually fit the watch.

I have the Space Black Apple Watch 42 mm and ordered the royal blie nylon band.

The bottom piece slides in easily, but doesn't actually latch, you can just slide it around and around. If you line it up so it is just centered and yank on the band, you can force it to latch, but it is a pain.

The top piece is too big, it won't slide into the watch. I was able to get it in by pushing as hard as possible on the counter top. Then I could actually use the band. However, gettimg this top piece out is painful and feels like it will just shoot the watch across the room at some point.

Really strange, since all my sport bands fit fine. The end is some type of molded plastic, so I guess they got the tolerence wrong. I'll be returning it, hope Apple can fix this yield issue eventually. The band overall looks and feels nice, except the ends the connect to the watch, whic feels like something you buy on Amazon for $1 during prime day.

    Nice, comfy, minimalist band

I bought two of these -- the Gold/Red and the Black/Silver -- and the best thing about them is the way that they feel on your wrist. They breathe better than the leather or plastic bands, especially when working out. I don't care so much how they look as how they feel, but sometimes a little color is nice, even on the wrist of a senior citizen. . . .

Exciting colors but underwhelming quality for an apple product

I bought this band as a supplemental option to the sports band I had originally. I thought the colorful and unique contrasting styling was a cool selling point. But to my dismay, I discovered that that the quality of the band was not up to the standards that I expected from Apple. The band it self is made out of a sort of mixed colored fabric, but it felt coarse on the skin for me. In addition, the clasp is made out of hard molded plastic that definitely does not justify the price. But it was an overall buy that I would get for my nephew as present. Definitely do not get this as a "everyday " band. Get the sport band for that.
