Excellent, but does not dry easily

This band is great. As expected from apple, it is stylish and very durable. The only small flaw is when it gets wet, (as the 2nd watch is supposed to be capable of) it is soaked and cold for a while. The band should be built to take water and not be a wet piece of cloth.

    Nice Band

Since they are nylon, it is a nice substitute for the poly bands. Very comfortable and will not be affected by water, which is great with series 2 Apple watch. Apple stuff is pricey but it just works.

Won't latched on, possible QC issue

The shorter piece cannot be locked in, while the longer piece seems overly tight. People who ordered other colors seem to have similar issues. Thus it may be better to buy it from the Apple Store, try it on before leaving.

    Great Strap

Having bought a couple of 'after market' straps for my Apple Watch Sports (and getting a poor fitting product), I decided to go back to Apple for a new strap. Really glad I did! The quality is great. Looks really good with the Black Sports watch and fits really well. For quality, its worth spending the money. Highly recommended.

    Great Band

Love this band. It pairs well with my matte gold Apple Watch. The band attached perfectly fine for me. The band has a tough feel, yet soft. Also, it doesn't seem as small as some of the pictures make it out to be. Can't wait to get some of the other colors.

    What a difference!

Space Gray Aluminum Case- I had the black sport band with black pin. I rarely wore the watch because the band always felt bulky and "sweaty." Tried a few aftermarket items and always returned them. Replaced it with the Pearl Woven Nylon and it completely changes how the watch feels! The color of the band looks terrific with the watch and it's really light and comfortable, almost like it's not there. Huge improvement!

    Soft, Comfortable and Upscale

I own the stainless steel Apple Watch with a black fluoroelastomer pin and tuck closure. I bought the band sight unseen, as there wasn’t a less expensive alternative at the time. When first putting it on, it always snagged hairs on my wrist. You may not be as hairy as me (I truly hope you are not), so your experience may differ from mine.

From the very first fitting with the 42mm Pearl Woven Nylon band, I was pleased with my purchase. It is soft and comfortable and more upscale than the fluoroelastomer band. The nylon band has a soft sheen to it, as well, which adds to its appeal.

Apple’s website depicts the fine details of the woven band, while in real life, the different colored strands blend together to great effect.

    "Fit" and Finish

First off, it's a nice looking band, don't get me wrong. It feels nice and looks good. As it should for a $50 piece of plastic. That said, the hard plastic lugs that connect the band to the watch fit so snugly, it's as if Apple didn't seem to test it at all before sending it off to production. Not only is the one size fits most style leave me with the band feeling less than secure on the second to last notch, it is almost impossible to install or remove this tightly fitting band from my sport's case. Some might like this, but it took me 15 minutes to take it off the watch just now. Okay, Tim Cook, you know that 1/3 of Apple Watch users like changing their bands frequently, that doesn't mean we want it to take longer or feel like we are breaking something. I will be returning this unit. The difficulty with installing and removing the band from the case combined with the poor fit on my large wrists outweigh its premium feel and aesthetic by a pretty wide margin.
