    Breaking Apart :/

Whilst the band looks nice to start with, it has now begun to break apart. I’ve only had it for less than 6 months. I went to apple to see if there was anything they could do and they told me that it’s normal, and to buy more bands so they don’t wear as quickly. I asked if they can replace it and they said no, as they've said, it’s normal.

I’m sorry, but after spending over $1100 on the watch and about $230 on a second band, I don't want to be told that I just keep having to buy more.

Surely this should be covered under Australian Consumer Law when it’s only 6 months old.

Nice shade of red, I bought it almost purely because of the color. The leather and red go really well together, and it seems solid.

    disappointed in colour of hardware.

very disappointed i forked out the $$ for a black stainless watch now. basically have well less than half the options for strap alternatives because they don't offer things like this red leather classic buckle with black hardware - why would i spend $230 on a sub-par experience? poor form.

    3rd Time's the Charm!

This 3rd generation Classic Buckle is everything the previous 2, weren't! The 1st gen's leather was too soft and fell apart easily. The 2nd gen's leather was too thin and brittle. This generation finds a happy medium between keeping the design sleek and modern, while restoring the comfort of a thicker leather band. Loving the shade of red, Apple used for this strap. Fits in nicely with all the other red accessories they offer!

    Fun Color!

Although the color is not a "blue" red as I had hoped, it is a fun orange red. I think it is nicely made, but really should be $75.00-$100.00 max. Apple should consider that people would enjoy having a wardrobe of all of the colors.
