What happens during a business consultation?
During a consultation, your Business Partner will test drive products with you, introduce you to our business services, and show you how easy it is to run a business on a Mac. All with no pressure; you’re under no obligation to buy.
How do I reserve time for a consultation?
First, close this window. Then click the Reserve link and provide the requested information. You can book time up to 14 days in advance. Choose the store you’d like to vist and a convenient time. When you arrive, look for the Concierge in the orange shirt. The Concierge will check you in and introduce you to your Business Partner.
How should I prepare for my consultation?
Come in and tell us more about your business. It’s the best way for us to know how to help you. And feel free to bring a list of items you’d like your Business Partner to explain or demonstrate.
Do I need to reserve time with a Business Partner?
Consultations allow us to schedule dedicated time for you to meet one on one with a trained Business Partner. However, you can always walk into any Apple Store and work with any staff member to learn more about solutions for your business.
What other business services do you offer?
Plenty. The Genius Bar offers expert technical support and can facilitate repairs, if needed. Our Personal Training program provides one-on-one training tailored to your business needs. Our free group workshops and special events let you extend your knowledge, hone your skills, and network with others who share your interests (see Schedule of Workshops and Events on the Store page). And our Commercial Credit Program for businesses makes financing a Mac as easy as using one.
