To get started with Personal Setup, first make an appointment to come in to the Apple Retail Store. Be sure to bring your new Apple product with you. When you get here, we’ll help you set up your email and discover new apps, and we’ll show you tips and tricks that will help you get the most out of your new Apple product.

If your Mac, iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch was purchased within the last 90 days from an Apple Retail Store, Apple Online Store, or through 800-MY-APPLE, you may schedule a Personal Setup session through Concierge for service at any Apple Retail Store. Sessions are subject to availability and are held on a first-come, first-served basis. Personal Setup may include the transfer of your contacts, setting up your email, showing you how to download apps, and customizing your product. Apple does not guarantee the transfer and/or setup of all data as certain data may not be supported. For instance, Personal Setup does not include the transfer of photos, music or other digital media. Sessions start promptly and end at their scheduled times. Arriving late to your session may result in its cancellation. Please note that when transferring data between devices there is a risk of data loss, corruption, or breach. Therefore, if you request Personal Setup services, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE THAT APPLE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, CORRUPTION, OR BREACH OF DATA STORED ON YOUR PRODUCT(S) AND IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE A SAFE COPY OF YOUR DATA BEFORE BRINGING YOUR PRODUCT(S) TO APPLE FOR SERVICE.
