Official Rules. The Domain

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited.
  2. How to Enter: Complete an Official Entry Form and place it in the Sweepstakes box located at the Genius Bar at the Apple Store, The Domain (11410 Century Oaks Terrace, Suite 120, Austin, TX 78758). All entries must be deposited by 4:00 p.m. CST on Sunday, March 11, 2007. Limit one entry per person. Only Official Entry Forms with legible, accurate and complete information will be accepted. No mechanically reproduced entries are permitted.
  3. Random Drawing: A random drawing from all eligible entries will be held on or about 4:00 p.m. CST on Sunday, March 11, 2007. Decisions of the store manager are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  4. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value: One (1) Grand Prize includes one (1) Black 13-inch 2.0GHz Intel Core Duo MacBook, one (1) one-year membership to ProCare, one (1) 4GB silver iPod nano, one (1) iPod Hi-Fi, one (1) iWork, one (1) one-year membership to .Mac, and one (1) AppleCare Protection Plan for MacBook. (Total approximate retail value: $2573.95.) Ten (10) First Prizes each consist of one (1) one-year ProCare membership. (Approximate retail value of $99 per membership.)
  5. Eligibility: Open only to U.S. residents 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors and agents of Apple Inc., participating retailers, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (parent, sibling, child or spouse of any of the foregoing) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.
  6. General: The winners will be announced at the time of the drawing, and if not present, will be notified within ten (10) days of the drawing date and will be required to execute an Affirmation of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, which must be returned within ten (10) days of notification. Failure to do so will void entrant’s eligibility and sponsor may select alternate winners by a random drawing. Winners should allow approximately four (4) weeks for delivery of the Prize. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash or other substitutions are allowed except by sponsor’s sole election due to prize unavailability. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judge(s).
  7. Liability: By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to hold the sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees, and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of the use of the Prize. The winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or the use or redemption of the Prize. The sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the Prize.
  8. Name of Winners: For the names of the winners, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope after March 11, 2007 to Apple Store Grand Opening Sweepstakes, The Domain, Apple Inc., 1 Infinite Loop, MS 58-RT, Cupertino, CA 95014.
