MacBook Air is powered by fifth-generation Intel Core i5 and i7 processors. The standard models include the dual-core Intel Core i5 at 1.6GHz with Turbo Boost speeds up to 2.7GHz. Or for faster performance, choose the optional dual-core Intel Core i7 processor for 2.2GHz of processing power and Turbo Boost speeds up to 3.2GHz.
The larger the capacity of your flash storage, the more space is available to store your documents, photos, music, videos, apps and more. Because flash storage is up to seventeen times faster than a conventional hard drive, everything you do is more responsive — browsing a large photo library, launching applications, opening files and waking MacBook Air from sleep, for instance. And flash storage doesn’t have any moving parts, which means it’s more reliable and quiet.
Your MacBook Air can be configured with the keyboard language options listed. The User’s Guide language will match that of the keyboard language chosen unless otherwise specified. macOS Sierra is a multilingual operating system. During the setup process you can choose one of the many languages it supports for application menus and dialogs and to read and write text. macOS Sierra also allows you to select your preferred language at any time using System Preferences.
Note: Your computer comes equipped with cables appropriate for the country in which you purchased it.
