I have brand new iMacs (3 of them in the office) and cannot get this wireless keypad to connect with any of them. I have troubleshooted, researched, and wasted too much time trying to make this thing connect to a computer. Bottom line: if you need a keypad, look elsewhere.

It paired as an audio device, yet talking into the keypad did nothing. Belkin is aware of this.....I called to get help. They say Apple is also aware of this. So thanks Apple, for wasting more of my time. Now we get to talk about returning this. Save yourself the trouble.

      Definite Waste of Money

I purchased this and it worked fine for 5 months then it wouldn't stay powered on. Change batteries with several new batteries to make sure this was not the pr I purchased this and it worked fine for 5 months then it wouldn't stay powered on. Change batteries with several new batteries to make sure this was not the problem. Finally had to return for a replacement. Had replacement less then one month and same thing happening again. Will not stay powered on and will not connect. When it does, it loses connection within 30 seconds. Now I sit on hold once again with support. They say its not compatible with my brand new iMac bought in December (7 Months ago). This is so frustrating.. Being a Mac user, I am not use to having to deal with equipment that is unreliable. This keypad is awful.

      GARBAGE!!

Belkin really slipped with this one. IT DOES NOT WORK, PERIOD. Reset of SMC, NVRAM, etc. does not help, replacing batteries did nothing. It pairs just fine, Belkin really slipped with this one. IT DOES NOT WORK, PERIOD. Reset of SMC, NVRAM, etc. does not help, replacing batteries did nothing. It pairs just fine, but Mac doesn't have any idea what it is. Totally clueless. DON'T waste your time or money on this. The only option at this time, is stick with the old wired Apple extended keyboard. Apple slipped when they didn't make the bluetooth version of the extended keyboard. By the way, WHEN ARE YOU???????????????????
