The button to speak through came lose and it won't snap back together, now I can only hear from the left side, unless I push the button down and then I can hear both sides. I will be purchasing a cable without a speaker.

I struggled to continue using with the lose button and in another month the whole panel came out (button + chip). Worst nightmare now to use the headphones. Thus, switching to Bose now.
