  • Overview

The sound and design you've come to expect from our Beats Solo2 is now matched by a refined glossy finish and polished accents. The Luxe Edition of Beats Solo2 shines brilliantly in four new colors: Red. Blue. Silver. Black.

A complete update of Beats' most popular model, the Beats by Dr. Dre Solo2 headphones offer improved acoustics, a wider range of sound, and enhanced clarity for all the music on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod. They also deliver even greater comfort thanks to a streamlined, lightweight, and durable design.

Feel a new kind of sound

The Solo2 headphones have a more dynamic and wider range of sound, with a clarity that can bring you closer to what the artist intended you to hear. You'll feel the higher fidelity audio no matter what type of music you play.

    Custom comfort

Starting at the center of the flexible headband, the frame is curved even more to enhance the custom-fit feeling. The earcups are ergonomically angled to complete this natural fit, and they pivot for optimal comfort and sound delivery. The earcups’ premium material also helps dissipate heat and minimize sound leakage.

    Streamlined design

Fast-flowing curves, a lack of visible screws, and easy foldability exemplify the sleek aesthetic of Beats Solo2. That thoughtful approach extends to engineering and material selection, which together resulted in a more durable headphone that stands up to extended use.

No need to reach for your iOS device

With the color-matched RemoteTalk cable, you can change songs, adjust the volume, and even take calls without having to reach for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod. (Functionality may vary by device.)

      Awesome headphones!

The color is so vibrant and beautiful - blue is my favorite color, overall, and this shade of blue is perfect. The sound on these headphones are really good! Everything sounds perfectly clear and it has a good bass so when you listen to music, you hear pretty much everything you normally wouldn't with regular headphones. It cancels out any outside noise so you focus on only what you're listening to. Worth every penny.

      Terrible Duribility

I've had the solo 2 and the studio 2. The studio 2's battery stopped charging after 3 months of use. The solo 2 kept cutting in and out and stopped working a week later. I switched to Bose quiet comfort 35 and have had no problems. I will never buy a beats product again and definitely don't recommend

I liked the quality of the sound so I bought another pair. This second pair too had the exact same thing happen -- the headband part broke and this time the volume button fell off. I went into the apple store and talked with apple representatives online in separate instances only to find that both headphones were not covered under the warranty or I had to pay upwards of $99 to repair them -- even though they fell apart not because of normal wear and tear. I don't want to convert to buying Bose headphones because I do like Beats, but I might just have to.

I barely used these and took great care of them but now I only receive sound in one year. Also ridiculous how I would have to pay for them to be fixed when its clearly an Apple/Beats issue. Instead of paying to have them fixed I will put the money towards a pair of bose headphones.
