  • Overview

Featuring a new design, Magic Mouse 2 is completely rechargeable, so you’ll eliminate the use of traditional batteries. It’s lighter, has fewer moving parts thanks to its built-in battery and continuous bottom shell, and has an optimized foot design — all helping Magic Mouse 2 track easier and move with less resistance across your desk. And the Multi-Touch surface allows you to perform simple gestures such as swiping between web pages and scrolling through documents. Magic Mouse 2 is ready to go right out of the box and pairs automatically with your Mac.

MUCH smoother on the desk, more solid feel, definitely seems like an upgrade vs just a replacement. Even my wife noticed how much better it seemed to work, and she didn't even notice when I replaced our old iMac last year! Yes, it's weird to have the port on the bottom for charging. But honestly, if the battery lasts as long as they say it will between charges it's not a big deal.

I tried to use it with everything I could (desktops, laptops, tablets,...) and it always worked smoothly via Bluetooth. The outstanding design and swiping ability are just awesome. I recommend this mouse for everyone who is frustrated from a cheap plastic junk mice and always losing a small wireless USB transmitters.

      Great mouse

Mouse came charged to 95% and it was very easy to pair. I like its clicking sound better than the one old mouse had.

      Piece of garbage

Works well once one upgrades to El Capitan - but then you have an excellent mouse trying to work an OS that is seriously flawed to the point of unusable. Now go Works well once one upgrades to El Capitan - but then you have an excellent mouse trying to work an OS that is seriously flawed to the point of unusable. Now going to toss the mouse in the garbage from where it was birthed and downgrade to Yosemite and go back to the old Logitech mouse I was using.

Apple failed design on a rushed product

How in the blue heaven would the bright engineers at Apple decided to put the charger under the mouse? so if you forget to charge your mouse regardless you are How in the blue heaven would the bright engineers at Apple decided to put the charger under the mouse? so if you forget to charge your mouse regardless you are at work or home... you have to stop your productivity and wait for the darn thing to charge. Apple as usual is failing to impress its users by going backwards in the design department. If good old Steve would be there , He will NEVER accept this kind of childish games Apple is pulling lately. Do not buy this stupid little mouse, save your money and buy the previous version of this mouse or get a logitech mouse.
