Yes it works like any other apple keyboard, the accents can be found by using ALT and a vowel then what ever letter you want to put it on to eg: ALT E an e gets é but ALT E and a gets á.

other accents include ü, î, å è (from ALT `), ç (ALT c) and ñ using the ALT and teh letters under the symbol. These can be applied to any applicable letter not just the ones shown.

  • You can get them on ANY keyboard as long as you set the language as French in your operating system. You may have to work out the key bindings by yourself though.
Additionally, if you do use those French accents often you should consider buying French version of this keyboard - it should have those accents printed on the keys and may have slightly different layout from the International version.

  • To order it online, you must go into the French canadian version of the Canadian Apple Store. You won't see it if you're on the english Canadian Apple Store. The french-canadian keyboard is model MC184C/B.
