If you do _not_ have a USB mouse and/or keyboard attached at boot, the Mac mini (or any other bluetooth enabled mac) should display "Please, pair bluetooth mouse/trackpad and/or keyboard" dialog
-pair (bluetooth stuff) your magic trackpad (and keyboard)
-hold power button of magic trackpad down until you see it's LED go flashing green (same goes for keyboard)
-select the device you want to pair
    -continue the initial setup

*Note: if you ordered an iMac with wireless keyboard, magic mouse, and/or magic trackpad, they should be paired from the factory. Just press their power buttons once to turn them on.
