Can I use my 2010 late Macbook Pro connect to Apple Thunderbolt 27' display?

  • No, you can not. Everyone that says yes to this question is simply wrong. To be absolutely sure about my answer I just tried to hook up my own thunderbolt display to my late Macbook Air 2010. It doesn't work. It really only supports Thunderbolt nothing else.

    No, you cannot. The late 2010's do not have a Thunderbolt port, so this display will not work. Apple makes a normal display called the LED Cinema Display. It is identical to the Thunderbolt version and runs on normal Mini Display port that works with all computers.
