My company is on Windows using Pc's will the Mac interface with the servers at my office so I can download my orders to the main office .

    It depends on what software your company is using. If it is a browser-based system then it will probably work fine. If the system uses a special client then it will only work if there is a Mac version however if you purchase VMWare Fusion or Parallels, you will be able to run the application on your Mac in what is called a virtual machine (it's basically a computer inside of a computer). You could also use BootCamp.

    If your company uses Exchange for email, the Mac can interface with the system through Mail.

  • You will need to ask your IT guys and see if they are willing to set up your Mac. My workplace uses both Mac's and PC's on the same network and access servers.
