    Could Be Five Stars Easily

First... Awesome. They work! Nine and half hour flight to Germany and back and I could not be happier. Battery lasted the entire flight. The headset was comfortable except for the cord length. I also use the 20i's at the gym. They stay put. Again very comfortable. Almost too comfortable. They sit very "light" in my ears. However, the cord length from the "Y" is too short and can't be adjusted. The audio jack end also has the small flat and thin NC electronics module with not much cord. Because the cord is so short the module dangles in my hand as I am trying to text or take notes on my iPhone. Just a few more inches of cord on both ends would have helped the 20i's garner a solid five stars. While running and working-out the short cord length twists and tightens pulling on each ear piece. Even with the cord clamp fixed to your shirt. While stationary you don't really notice the short cord length, however, with each cord coming from the earbuds tend to ride on the side of your face. Not really noticeable accept in prolonged use (like a mentioned in the opening). The audio performance was great using both my iPhone and the Delta 767 audio port.

    Depends on what you want

I've owned and regularly used all of the Bose noise-cancelling headphones and recently got myself a pair of the QC 20i's. What can I say? If you are looking for something really small with decent sound quality and good noise-cancellation, these will be the ones to go for. I really like the design of all of the current Bose in-ear headphones, you hardly notice that you are wearing them at all and the earbuds don't have any tendency to fall out of the ear. Of course, due to the size of these babies, there are some drawbacks as far as the degree of noise-cancellation and sound quality goes, so these things will always be a compromise between the size and the sound quality. If you are into really great noise-cancellation and superior sound, get a pair of QC 15's, in that respect, they are much better than the QC 20's. If your main concern is size, the QC 20's are for you.
