Does anyone from Apple read bad reviews?

Think I'm probably wasting my time putting a review on here. As you'll note there are a number of poor reviews of the Marshall speaker. My own experience is similar but it would appear to be an Apple issue not something Marshall can fix. My unit was working fine until IOS was upgraded, now my iPad cant locate the Marshall speaker. I have done all of the 'fixes' that Apple and Marshall suggest, from resetting my network settings, taking the device on and off my Bluetooth list, switching power cables, all sorts of awful suggestions that are put on here to excuse Apple from their responsibilities. The Bluetooth function on the Marshall unit is no longer effective with IOS. Why don't you just come clean and admit it?

    Marshall Stanmore and Bluetooth Connectivity

Well, i woke up this morning, try to connect to my Stanmore via bluetooth with my MacBook from 2010, working on OS X Yosemite, and suddenly i couldn't connect. I was using it last night and suddenly is gone. It connects to it, but no sound coming out of the speaker at all. Funny thing is that i can connect to the speaker with my Windows phone and i it works!, and i can connect with my Windows 8 computer from work and the speaker works perfectly!! Soon...who to blame? Marshall!!??? I don´t think so....
    Apple people...get your **** together

    Great design, and sound...limited lifetime.

The good: I purchased the Stanmore based on the amazing sound it produced in our demos at the Apple Store, The design and construction is synonomous with the quality expected of a Marshall speaker. The unit has that solid overbuilt feel and looks amazing just about anywhere, the knobs have a solid response and attention to detail in the various input/output options. The bad: sometime after purchase the Stanmore began having issues with dropping the bluetooth signal or intermittant loss of signal, eventually not connecting at all. This was overcome by using the line in, as the speakers performance was still perfect, until one day it just stopped. I am working with Zound industries for a repair/repalcement and was impressed by their prompt follow up reponse. Looking forward to contiuing to enjoy the Marshal Stanmore... I have given it 3 stars based on the limited lifetime of the speaker... for the price I had expected more longevity... understandably with as many speakers that are shipped sometimes there is a bad unit...aside from that this powered speaker rocks and I would definitely recommend it.

Awesome looks and sound - poor bluetooth

This speaker is pretty stellar I have to say, it looks and sounds awesome. However, do not plan to use a macbook pro for bluetooth. Perhaps this is a complaint of my macbook pro but it just cannot seem to handle it, versus my iPAD and iPHONE that do quite well with the speaker.

Keep the packaging handy, you may need to return it.

Opened this beautiful speaker as a Christmas gift. Plugged it in and was amazed by the sound. Looks absolutely gorgeous. But exactly one week later (New Years Day) it failed to connect to any Bluetooth device. So this product gets high marks for sound and style. Low marks for execution.

    Great sound, problems with connectivity

I hooked it up to an airport express and the speaker has to be turned off and on again 2-3 times per day. I don't want my friends to have to pair with this thing if they want to share sounds over the air so airplay/airport express is the right solution. But it seems that the speaker loses connection or doesn't successfully disconnect from devices when music stops playing or the session is over.
