    the product is unstable.....

    i brought it just few day, this product very depends on internet,and their servicer....the cubeone is accessing to internet ,but i can not log in by 3G or wifi. i try to re-sign up or click forget password to let it resend verification message , no response….AND i’m sure my network is fine,…. to stop siren, i only can cut off the power of cube one ...this is not first time ....maybe their app has some problem, maybe thier servicer has some problem...no idea. i have to consider to return it

    Looks:- Looks similar to iphone style is what attracted me to this device.
    Installation:- easy to install and configure
    Phone Service:- phone calling service is good provided their server got good reliability factor.
    Value for money:- good provided this is second line of defence.


    Reliability:- it is NOT a foolproof system. There is time lag between dis-arm and re-arm.
    Robust design:- this system will NOT re-connect if power or internet connect fails. PIR are also NOT that good quality.
    Customer Support and Refund:- Customer support may be a big challenge as it is in US and they have limited days to support. Return and refund are usually discourage.
    Less flexible:- you have to deal with manufacture for ordering additional items or after sales warranty support. All the best itch that.

    Never worked well

    I bought it and installed it but never work well when I was out of home. Disconnects with no reason and finally lost communication with sensors.

    An alarm system should be reliable, but this one is not. Have had it since June/2013. The system never tells you when off line(at least an e-mail), and then when the system is off line it is totally uncontrollable. Just last night I armed the system(at least I thought I did, because the feedback I received it was), and woke up this morning and found that the system was not armed. Have been trying to connect to it since this morning with no success(after powering down, etc. Their server may be down again.) Definitely would not recommend this, too unreliable for what it is supposed to be and what they promise. Maybe a couple years from now.

    This device just an expensive toy!

    Do not waste your money on this device.. good idea, but terrible product, little to no support.
    almost always fail to connect, 3 weeks of using it and I have to return it. Read the forum on their site if you must buy.

    Intermittent. DO NOT TRUST.

    This system is intermittent at best. And worst of all, the app will tell you your system is armed and protected, but in reality, you are at risk.

    I've been away on Christmas vacation for 1 day. The system said it was working. Then my internet went down at my house for an hour (thanks Comcast!). When it came back up, I was not able to connect to the smart alarm!

    The tech support told me that if internet goes down, you must physically reboot the smart alarm system.

    Read that last sentence again. What use is a security system if it is so easily defeated by an internet outage? Now I can understand if the system doesn't work while the internet is down, but why doesn't it automatically come back online like any other internet connected device?

    What a total piece of garbage. Going back to the store as soon as I get back from my vacation. Now I just hope someone doesn't break into my totally unprotected house!
