    Fantastic Product!

These are by far the best Earphones I've seen in my life. Great fit inside the ear, great sound and quality. Hands down the best, by the best, for the best.

only earphones that really fit small ears + great sound!

I am one of those people with really realy (really!) small ears and invariably end up with earbuds that pop-out or just chafe my ear canal. Well, these are the ONLY earbuds that I have ever used that do not cause either of these 2.
I do not use them for sports, only music listening in sedate environments, therefore I could understand those who excercise will always need to buy earphones with earclips or such... but for the purpose these were created, they are awesome!!
Also note the bass sound is very rich, i was seriously surprised...
Yeah, this is old news but I wanted to put in my 2 cents worth for those with the same issue as me (very very very small ears)

    Not good at all

These headphones are without doubt the most uncomfortable headphones i have ever used. They don't fit properly, constantly falling out of my ears, and are very uncomfortable to wear. The sound quality is not bad, but not top notch either - ive had phillips sport headphones for cheaper that reproduce the sound better. The final point is sound leakage : ever sat on a train and heard someone else's music in full clarity ? Yep thats the apple headphones. Do yourself a favour and buy another brand : apple just cannot make decent headphones !

    Won't stay put.

These ear buds have good sound, but not great like some say. I know quality sound! The other problem with these is that they wont stay snug in my ears. I realize everyone has different ear shapes, but these have no "traction". If you want the best possible sound, they need to be snug in the ear or all you hear is treble.

Three stars for the decent sound.
Two stars for the fit and price.

    The worst

These are the worst things I've ever put in my ears. Bulky, hard, odd shaped, probably only fits one particular ear size. Extremely painful to wear after about 15 minutes. Seriously who designed these?

    please fix

ok I love the apple earpods to death but im sick of buying new one every couple of months they always end of shorting out and one will be louder than the other one and I shouldn't have to go to accessibility and try to balance them out and im not doing that anymore. everybody knows that you guys have enough money to make them not short out or heck you could make them indestructible but what ever u do make them work please

    earpods

i've previously owned an iPhone 4 and it was used but I never had the new Apple EarPods before so my cousins have the iPhone 5c and I wanted to try them out so I used my cousin's EarPods and I liked them so last December my aunties and myself had treated me to the iPhone 6 so when I
Upgraded I was happy and these EarPods are awesome. My only thing about the EarPods is how they get waxed up I've had my iPhone 6 for 4 months now and their dirty but other than that these EarPods are great I'm very impressed

    Best-Buy For This Price Range

I’ve bought my first pair about six months ago. I was impressed and they actually fit into my ear. They are actually comfortable and I prefer them over most in-ear models which actually hurt after a while.

After a while, due to my own fault, the remote broke. I was surprised to see the headsets still working. A few days ago I’ve replaced them and this is my second pair. Since I could have invested in something theoretically superior (don’t think BOSE but you can get a low end sennheiser at this price and I’ve kept them, then I do enjoy the EarPods.

As far as sound quality, I think they are somewhere in the middle. It sometimes sounds harsh and it could use a bit more clarity. But the thing is that, from my own tests, unless you want to spend $200 on a really good quality pair of in-ear headsets, any other choice brings only marginal improvements.

    - The shape and the fact that they fit perfectly.
    - Decent sound quality, NOT audiophile level, even a $20 on-ear pair of headsets blows them out of the water.
    - The brilliant remote, maybe the #1 reason why I’ve bought them again.
    - Price, kind-of.

    - Fragility.
    - The case is not that practical.
    - Major distortion at over 80% volume.

    Bring the old model back

Either due to or spite of their sleek design, these earbuds sound worse and are less comfortable and stable than their predecessors. Sound quality is tinny and harsh and they do not stay in place while in use. I'm 6'3" and take my earbuds running- I tried these on my last run and gave up ten minutes in after a light breeze kept dislodging them. Might be fine for sitting at a desk, not much else.

I love apple products but sadly they've been failing me repeatedly.
I bought a pair of headphones to replace my lost ones and only after 3 weeks they broke. I was listening to music on my I-phone as I was walking home when my phone fell and the headphones literally split apart. The portion that goes into your I-phone was actually stuck in my phone while the cord to the headphones had separated. I've dropped my phone a couple of times while listening to music and and never has the actual cord broke, usually the headphones just pull out of the phone, but I was very upset about they just broke this time. I understand when over time headphones start to fade or lose sound on one side due to old or tangled wires, but this is ridiculous. I did not pay 30+ tax to have my headphones break so easily.
    Apple is failing.

    GREAT SOUND... when they work

I love the Ear Pods shape and they are very comfortable but the big problem is that one of Ear Pods goes out meaning you are getting full volume on one side but on the other you could barley hear the music. So please find a way to prevent this from happening.

    Apple EarPods.

I have Bose QC 15 and B&W P-5 $300.00 headphones. I bought the iPhone 6+ these new EarPods that came with the 6+ have a very impressive sound quality. Great comfort and fit for hrs. of use. Buy a new iPhone get a free pair..LOL. These EarPods "Stay" in my ears even while moving about.

The Genius of Jony Ive's design skills in making these EarPods is truly Genius.
My thanks go out to Jony for a great design, quality of sound and comfort.

HATE is a strong word but...I HATE the EarPods

I agree with everyone that the sound is great - but there are many other brands with great sound. I cannot believe that with such great technology, Apple can't make a better EarPod. The earbuds I got from CVS even come with 3 different size rubber pieces so that you can choose which ones fit your ears best. Not everyone has the same size and shape ears. Wearing the Apple EarPods pose two problems - and both outweigh the great sound: 1) They don't fit in my ear very well so as soon as I move, they fall out; and 2) they HURT!

Maybe the bad design is a ploy to get folks to buy Beats... Not me. No thanks.

    Great Sound, BUT....Ouch!!

I would really like these earbuds IF I could wear them for more than 10 minutes. They are hard and oddly shaped. The result is just very uncomfortable at best, bordering on painful. I will just stick with the traditional round ones from JBL. They sound great too, but much more comfortable for me. Sorry Apple I would not recommend these to anyone! Luckily they came with my new iPhone so I didn't lay any extra cash out for them.

    Terrible earpods

These earpods are terrible . I can't get them to stay in the ear when walking. It is so annoying. I thought the older ones were bad but these are worse. I would love to know how they tested them. Trying to buy over the ear headphones but do not want to pay hundreds of dollars for the large ones.

    More Colors!!!

I love these headphones more than anything. They are comfortable and have a perfect sound, as well as a perfect price. Also they last a pretty long time. The only downside is that with everyday use they no longer look white. I wish Apple would make these headphones in other colors like black or grey

    it simply hurts

I did not like them at all , i bought iPhone 6 and loved every thing in the box except the earpods , i mean they really hurts after wearing them for a long time , for a customer the most important thing is comfort and quality , this has quality but they don't have the comfortability that i need.

    Very painful :(

They have great sound, but they hurt my ears! After reading other reviews I don't feel so bad. I thought it was just me. But really, the shape is so awkward, the cartilage in my ears hurt so bad I can't wear them more than a minute. Not enjoyable at all.

    Good Quality

I've had my earphones for a little over a year now. I use them daily. The right one finally gave out and no longer works (excepting the volume control/speaker, which works perfectly despite no sound coming through the earphone). Having used them as frequently as I did (walking to class, exercising, studying, homework time, etc.), I'm happy with how long they lasted and will be buying another pair. The sound quality is also excellent considering the low cost.

Also: I've NEVER had earphones fit my ears the way these do. They are comfortable and secure. I run and bike and never once had them fall out (excepting my hand smacking into it). I've tried in-hear headphones with the adjustable ear piece and they always fell out regardless of the size or shape.

Bottom Line: These (for me) were comfortable, stable, and inexpensive for the quality.
