To get the most out of iTunes remember the following:

  • If you have a question while using iTunes, open the Help menu, and choose iTunes and Music Store Help.
  • If you have problems with the iTunes Music Store, open the Help menu, and choose Music Store Customer Service.
  • To check for new versions of iTunes, open the Help menu and choose Check For iTunes Updates.
  • Always check the “What’s new” section of the Help when you update to a new version of iTunes.
