How long will it take to get my order?

Except for certain holidays, print orders are typically shipped within 1 - 3 business days of when your order is placed, and book, card and calendar orders are typically shipped within 3 - 4 business days after your order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are generally shipped out by Wednesday, regardless of the shipping method chosen.

What are my shipping method options?

Apple offers two convenient methods of shipping for photo products. Learn more about shipping method options.

How much does shipping cost?

Apple Photo Services calculates shipping costs based on the product and quantity ordered. Click here to view a list of our shipping prices. You will be given the opportunity to review your shipping charges on the order panel prior to submitting your order.

Can I ship an order to multiple recipients at the same time?

Can I ship my order to a P.O. Box or a military base?

You must provide a street address for all book, card, and calendar orders. For print orders, you may choose Standard shipping to send your photo order to an APO, FPO or P.O. box.

Do you ship internationally?

Customers in the US and Canada can ship photo orders to any address in the US and Canada. Apple Photo Services does not currently offer shipping from the US and Canada to other countries at this time.
