Which AppleCare agreements can I enroll on the web?
Use the Agreements webpage to register any of the following agreements:
  1. AppleCare Protection Plan
  2. AppleCare Premium Service and Support Plan
  3. AppleCare Help Desk Tools agreement (United States and Canada only).
  4. Mac OS X Server Software Support-Select agreement (United States and Canada only).
  5. AppleCare Professional Video Support agreement (United States and Canada only).
Do I need to enroll my agreement?
Your agreement is automatically enrolled if you purchased it from an Apple Retail Store in the United States, or from an AppleCare telephone representative. If you purchased your agreement from an Apple Authorized Reseller, Apple Authorized Service Provider or from the Apple Online Store, you received a kit that includes your enrollment number. Refer to the enrollment instructions that came with the agreement to learn how to enroll your agreement.

What do I need to enroll my agreement?

What should I do if my enrollment is rejected?
When you enroll your agreement online, Apple verifies that your product is still within its warranty period. If the system rejects your enrollment, call AppleCare Phone Support for assistance. You may be asked to provide a proof of purchase. You must enroll before the product’s warranty expires (normally one year after original purchase).

Additional Enrollment Instructions
If you have any special enrollment instructions, complete this form as much as you can, then call the phone number that appears on the last screen of your enrollment. If you are unable to complete the form or need assistance using the website, please call AppleCare Phone Support.

- Different contact name and address for the agreement, repairs, billing or technical support

What to Do About Error Messages
If you see an error message when making any transaction on this website, try the following suggestions:
  1. Check the product information (product serial number, agreement number) to see that it is accurate.
  2. Enter your contact information (phone number, postal/zip code) correctly.
  3. Separate the country and area codes from your phone number(s). Enter only digits. Spaces and punctuation (+, -, and so forth) are not permitted. Follow the onscreen examples for your country.
  4. Once you have clicked the Continue button at the end of each step, you will not be able to go back by clicking your browser’s back button to change information from a previous page. Instead, cancel and start again.
