Who is eligible for the “Inside Tiger” seminar?
If you purchased a qualifying product from the online Apple Store or by phone at 1-800-MY-APPLE, and took possession of the qualifying product (or products) by May 31, 2005, you can view the “Inside Tiger” seminar until June 11, 2005. This offer does not apply to purchases made from Apple retail stores or other Apple resellers.

Qualifying products include:

• The retail box version of Mac OS X v10.4 "Tiger" (single license version and family pack)
• Computers that came with Tiger installed

No additional purchase is required. Volume License purchases are excluded.

What is the “Inside Tiger” seminar?
This online seminar will help you get the most out of Tiger. Once you install Tiger, you can access and watch the seminar, and begin exploring the new features on your Mac right along with our hosts. They'll deliver expert information, and tips and tricks you won't find anywhere else. Please note: The seminar is available in English only.

How do I access the seminar?
When you purchased a qualifying product from the online Apple Store or by phone, we sent you an email, inviting you to view the seminar. The email contains a personal web link for you to access the seminar. Please make sure you have Tiger installed on your Mac before accessing it. The seminar streams over the Internet as a QuickTime movie, so you can enjoy it at home, work, or wirelessly at your local Internet hotspot. The seminar will open and start playing in a new QuickTime Player window.

I didn’t get the email with the link, or if I did receive it, I can’t find it—what do I do?
If you didn’t receive an email with your personal web link to the seminar, please call 1-800-676-2775. Help is available from 5 am – 8 pm (PDT) Monday – Friday, and 7 am – 4 pm Saturday and Sunday.

How long will I have to view the seminar?
The seminar will be available for viewing until June 11, 2005.

How long is the seminar?
The seminar is approximately 30 minutes from beginning to end.

Can I replay the seminar?
Absolutely. If you are unable to watch the entire seminar in one viewing or simply wish to view it again, just use your personal web link to play it again. Your personal web link permits you to access the seminar up to 15 times. Rights to view the content are limited to your personal use only, and your personal web link is not to be distributed, copied, or posted.

Can I save parts of the seminar to view later?
No. The seminar is Apple property and cannot be saved, but you do have the option to access the seminar up to 15 times through your personal web link if you need a refresher.

What are the system requirements for the online seminar?
You will need the following to view the seminar:

• Tiger must be installed before viewing the seminar
• A web browser that accepts cookies, such as Safari 1.0, Netscape 7, Internet Explorer 5.0, or AOL (or later versions)
• QuickTime 7.0
• A fast Internet connection is recommended for video stream viewing (DSL, cable, or faster).

The following terms and conditions govern this offer:
