April’s Shower

On the morning of the shower, we meet Alex, a chef, put out by her effort to host the perfect shower and struggling with her tangled relationship with the bride-to-be. As bride-to-be April arrives, it becomes clear the secret Alex is hiding will affect not just the course of her life but that of almost everyone at the shower.
