Each Apple Learning Lab comes with a set of compact and durable MacBook notebook computers, designed with student use in mind. Included with every MacBook is the easy-to-use and reliable Mac OS X operating system, plus a rich collection of built-in features and the award-winning iLife software suite for creating exciting digital media projects.
Also included is Apple’s powerful AirPort Extreme wireless networking base station (Wi-Fi certified) for optimal flexible learning and Apple Remote Desktop software for classroom management. All of these resources are housed in a durable, secure and easy-to-use mobile cart.
New design offers easier management and greater flexibility
Built exclusively for Apple, the Bretford mobile carts were designed in collaboration with educators to meet the specific needs of schools. The new streamlined design makes it easier to move the carts around the school. They also offer improved power and cord management and can hold up to 32 Apple 13-inch or 15-inch Mac notebooks.
Each computer is securely placed in individual compartments with dividers that are easy to reconfigure. Each cart ships completely assembled with pre-installed charging outlets for each laptop and four extra outlets for accessories. Best of all, the cart ships completely assembled so that setting up your Apple Learning Lab is quick and easy.
The Bretford Notebook Mobility Carts are exclusively designed for schools to keep Apple hardware safe, secure, flexible and organised. In addition to Apple notebooks, they also store printers, projectors, iPods, cameras, keyboards and more. Choose from three models, the Bretford 16 Notebook Mobility Cart which charges and transports up to 16 Mac notebooks, the Bretford 20 Notebook Mobility Cart which can hold up to 20 notebooks, and the Bretford 32 Notebook Mobility Cart which holds up to 32 notebooks.
