Browse your music library and choose the playlist that will get and keep you going. Your iPod battery even charges while connected, so your power songs always have power.

Go

Go.

Start pedaling, climbing or stepping. Your pace, distance, time and calories burned are recorded as you go. When you’re done, you’ll see a summary of your workout. And it’s all saved on your iPod nano.
