Everything everywhere: Universal Everything is a virtual, multidisciplinary studio led by Matt Pyke. From his home office in Sheffield, Matt collaborates with designers, programmers, musicians and animators all over the world. UE has an extensive client list, including Nike, MTV, Samsung and CNN, and is involved in ongoing collaborative art projects.

Neon City

One of twelve 1m x 2m seamless artworks created for our “Everyone, Forever” exhibition tour. This modernist construction is made entirely from light, created using digital photography of neon, then manipulated in Adobe Photoshop CS2.

Eagle Mountain

A 3m-high seamless digital wallpaper created for www.maxalot.com. This hugely detailed, hyper-real, surreal landscape was built from our collection of cut-out photography in Photoshop CS2.

Outside In

Record sleeve for Freeform (Simon Pyke, freefarm.co.uk / Universal Everything sound designer). The music has a twisted-electronic vs pop-music contrast, so we created a psuedo-corporate fantasy scene. It was built from our collection of cut-out photography in Photoshop CS2.

Human

Record sleeve for Freeform (Simon Pyke, freefarm.co.uk / Universal Everything sound designer). A raw, stream-of-consciousness drawing was made during the first listen. This immediacy reflects the organic, improvised nature of the music.

Superxtrdr

One of twelve 1m x 2m seamless artworks created for our “Everyone, Forever” exhibition tour. We created this utopian, hypercoloured New York cityscape by playing endlessly with the Photoshop CS2 height map function. Further elements added using Illustrator CS.

Samsung

Research and development work for an interactive video showing on NYC’s Times Square Jumbotron. Graphic elements formed images in reaction to the local weather, crowd noise or time of day.

Everyone, Forever

To promote our exhibition tour, we made an animated abstraction of the exhibition, twisting the content into a sculptural form using 3D Studio Max and After Effects 7.
