Aperture Tip: Five Star Ratings

To rate an image you can always use the options in the Metadata menu or the shortcuts Command-Option-5 (for 5 stars), Command-Option-4 (for 4 stars) etc. But if you simply need to rate an image as a five star image, just hit the * (asterisk) key on the numeric keypad of your keyboard. You can also increase or decrease the rating by tapping the - or + key on the numeric keypad.
