If my purchase was made through the Apple Online Store or through Apple Telesales, when will I receive my Invoice (Sales Receipt) necessary for my claim?

For online or phone orders you will receive your invoice by post or email within 3 to 7 days of your order leaving Apple to go to your shipping address. You should receive a Dispatch Notification by email on the day your order leaves Apple to go to your shipping address.

 

Will I get confirmation that my claim has been received?

Apple and its agents accept no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected mail. Within 6 to 8 weeks of your claim being received your will be sent your rebate or a rejection letter.

 

My bank applied charges to redeem my rebate, why?

This question should be directed to your bank. Apple and its agents do not apply charges to redeem the rebate. At your bank’s discretion bank charges may apply to redeem the rebate. 

 

If my purchase was made through the Apple Online Store or through Apple Telesales, what date is used as the ‘purchase date’?

For online or phone orders, the purchase date is defined as the ship date. You must submit the rebate within 30 days of the ship date.

 

I purchased a product that will not ship until after the promotion. Do I still qualify for the rebate?

Yes, if you purchased or pre-ordered the eligible product(s) within the promotion period and on the same receipt.

 

If my products are on the same sales order but are shipped on different dates with two separate receipts, will I still qualify?

Yes. If multiple receipts have the same sales order or Web order number, they satisfy the same-day and same-receipt requirement. You must submit both receipts. You must submit the rebate within 30 days of the last ship date.

 

Do I have to cut out the entire UPC label? Where do I find the UPC labels on the packaging? How will I recognise them?

Yes, you must cut out the entire label, including the part number with bar code, the serial number with bar code, the product description and all the layers of cardboard and/or plastic backing. The UPC label may be located anywhere on the outside of the box.

If I exchange one of my qualifying products on the original sales receipt at a later date, will I still qualify for the rebate?

Yes, if you meet all the following requirements:

 

How do I obtain my rebate cheque?

You can download the rebate coupon from the Apple Product Promotions page at www.apple.com/uk/promo/ and post the completed coupon, postmarked within 30 days of purchase, with the original UPC labels and receipt to the address on the coupon. Copies of UPC labels do not qualify.

 

How do I check the status of my rebate?

You can call 0845 600 1683 in the United Kingdom or 185 0882 048 in Ireland to check the status of your redemption. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for your rebate to be processed.

 

After submitting my rebate documents, I received a rejection letter for not sending the original UPC label. I threw away the product box. Is there anything I can do to still get a rebate?

No. You must provide an original UPC label in order to receive a rebate.

 

Can this offer be combined with other promotions?

This offer is valid with Apple-sponsored promotions that specifically include this offer in their Terms and Conditions. The rebate requests must be submitted together in the same envelope to qualify.

How much time do I have to resubmit a claim after receiving a rejection letter?

Your resubmission should be received by Apple within 21 days of the date shown on the rejection letter.
