Making Packages

You can use the Package Maker application to create packages to distribute your own custom software and files. Copies of Apple’s Package Maker are included on your Apple Remote Desktop 3 CD. Visit the Apple Developer Connection for more information.

AppleCare Help Desk Support will give you a year of expertise for your internal help desk. This product provides priority telephone and email support for two designated contacts in your organisation. Covered software includes Apple Remote Desktop, Final Cut Studio, Logic Pro, Aperture, the Mac OS and the graphical user interface in Mac OS X Server. You also receive a subscription to AppleCare Help Desk Tools, a library of Mac OS installation and hardware diagnostic discs that are updated quarterly.
