    No, not generally. It can give you a microUSB 'B' port, but the devices typically run no 'host' type software and do not provide enough/any power to actually heat up a USB stick. Even the USB Camera Adapter still relies on a camera having its own power, and has no power to heat up a stick or any peripheral on its own.
