Is an iPad mini too small if I'm used to regular ipad?

It really depends on what you use your iPad for most. Actually, I am sorry that I did not wait for the mini iPad. It is lighter and easier to hold in one hand. For reading, especially if you read for many hours, the smaller iPad is more comfortable, and it is easier to carry around. The larger iPad requires two hands. However, if you use the iPad for games, e-mail, Skype, and photography, the larger iPad is a plus.
I do have a suggestion: If you want to take photographs, use a camera. :)
