It is your iPhone connector port, not the cable.

I hate to admit it because I struggled with two cables for months until I checked out the forums. Your iPhone connector port is probably stuffed with lint which may be the reason the cables don't appear to be working.

Cleaned mine out with the end of a paper clip and wow. Straight into charge mode

Happy days! Big thanks to the guys on the apple forums who solved this problem for me.

    Never had a problem

I've never had a problem with lightning cables/chargers. I only purchased a new one to work with the Ford Sync in my car. As long as you pull it out with the plug and not the cable then they don't break. I'm still using my original cable from 3 years ago.

Look after your stuff, and your stuff looks after you!

Well I've had my iPhone 5s for nearly 3 years now and I'm still on my original cable that came in the box! I've had my iPad 2 for 4 years and again, still on the original charger and lead! Both leads might show some slight signs of wear but charges as it should! Pull the white plastic piece to unplug from the devices and they will last! Bit pricey from apple but I bet I've spent £20 on cheap ones over the 2 years for my misses' phone as she doesn't understand how to unplug the cable properly!!

I don't know what their going on about

I don't get what the big fuss is. Everyone in our family has an apple device they work perfectly fine the only problem is that we keep on losing ours because we can't look after things, the wires have been chewed to death by our 2 cats, still works. Honestly I don't know why people are saying bad things about this product

    Super fast delivery

Ordered a new charger/cable yesterday afternoon and it arrived before 12pm today! I left my old charger in hospital recently- that one was over 2 years old and I've never had an issue with it. My partners iPad charger is now 4 years old and again no issues...

    No problems here

Had my iPhone 5s for nearly two years now, and I'm only now having to replace my lead.
Although I find £15 a hefty price to pay it lasts. Don't understand all the 1 star ratings, learn to care for your phones and it's accessories.
I've had so many iPhones and never had any issues! I'd be lost without my iPhone!

    Great

Read so many bad reviews but I purchased one about a year ago now. I'm a typical teenager, I sit playing on my phone while it charges, I charge my phone a lot. Charger lasted me a year. Still works fine now however I'm buying a new one because I caught it on a sharp corner and slit the wire and don't want to risk it. Highly recommend though!

    No issues - always works.

I've been using these cables for years and years and I have never, never needed to buy any other apart from the one included in the package. Always good!

Only breaks if YOU break it.

I have had a lot of IPhones in my time, I have bought many of these cables so that I have one for many locations, the Car, Home office, Bedroom, Work Office, travel bag (travel abroad weekly) none have EVER broken - why, because I don't break them like everyone else, if you pull a cable out without holding the end it will break so don't do it.

Pull the cable out with a bit of care instead of tugging it so hard from the middle and it will last.

    Best Charger Ever!!!!

This charger is so easy to use and extremely robust i love the way you can put it in both ways meaning that plugging your phone into charge in the dark is easy I own 3 lightning devices - an iPhone 7, aIpad Mini and an iPod touch and all of them work seamlessly with the different lightning cables I have a total of 25 lightning cables around the house and not one of them have ever broke good for traveling and 1'000'000 times better that the micro USB that Samsung uses as they keep breaking for me. The charger charges my iPhone 7 in 30minutes or less and i always have a lightning cable on me.

    Muppet

If you don't look after you're stuff it will break it's simple, for anyone that dosnt know what that means it means pulling the cable out of your apple device with the plastic casing not the wire. I think it's perfect ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Never had a problem...

I've seen a lot of negative reviews, which has motivated me to comment. I've had an iPhone 6 since release and a iPad Air. I've got 5 lightning to USB cables, all of which are still working perfectly. I've had an iPhone since the first generation and an iPad 1. I never had any problem with the old connector either and have absolutely no complaints.

    Still working

I got mine with my ipod touch 5th gen in October and it still works; as well as the ones that we use at work with the roofers who don't exactly take good care of the cables as they are kept in the van, get thrown onto the desks and are left on the ground then forgetting about them until they get rolled over on the chairs. All work with no trouble.

Good cables - I never experienced any problems with these cables.

I've owned quite a lot of apple devices ranging from the iPhone's, to the iPad's, Mac's etc and I never had a problem with my lightning cables supplied by Apple. Never once did they break. I've noticed tons of people writing bad reviews, however I can only come to a conclusion that people are miss-treating and not taking care of the cable (i.e un-plugging the cable wrongly, stretching the cable, etc.)
