    Good router, but...

As I have 3 iphones, an ipad, a Mac, an Apple TV and Macbook, Airport Extreme is the center of the network. My home server, wifi printer, other laptops and TV are also linked to the AE as the main router.

An Airport Express is remotely connected as an WIFI extender.

However, since the country I am living in is using UK standards, for the ADSL, I have to use a special modem for PPPoE and PPPoA bridging. Otherwise, if I use a normal all-in-one router (DSL modem and router), the AE can only be set as Bridge mode. Under Bridge mode, ports forwarding and "Guest Network" functions will be disabled.

Now, the DSL is going to be replaced by Fiber broadband. Unfortunately, Airport Extreme still does NOT support the "VLAN tagging" PPPoE protocol. I have to probably buy another special switch that just works for "VLAN tagging".

Come on, Apple, could you just think of the users outside the States? Please make our life simpler.
