How long will it take?
After you send in your iPhone for service, you’ll receive a replacement or your repaired iPhone in approximately one week. A replacement iPhone will be new or equivalent to new in both performance and reliability.
What does it cost?
Repair and replacement costs depend on your iPhone model and your coverage under warranty, consumer law, or an AppleCare product.
AppleCare+ covers two incidents of accidental damage each with a £55 excess fee. You can also use our Express Replacement Service to get a replacement even before sending us your iPhone. You can check if you have AppleCare+ by entering your iPhone serial number.
